Please read below for important information, including the full schedule of events, guest reminders, caretaker hours, fire restrictions, and more.
Stage 2 Fire Restrictions – Effective Immediately
Due to heightened fire danger, the Ranch is now under Stage 2 Fire Restrictions:
The following are strictly prohibited:
Open flames (campfires, charcoal grills, fire pits)
Propane fire pits and pellet stoves
Fireworks or explosives
Outdoor welding or torches with open flames
Use of internal combustion engines (chainsaws, generators, etc.) without approved spark arrestors
Smoking, except within enclosed vehicles/buildings
The shooting range is also closed until further notice.
These restrictions are necessary to protect our community, homes, and natural surroundings. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

7:00–8:00 PM – ATV Parade (Theme: America!!)
8:00–10:00 PM – Coke Wagon
9:00 PM – Movie Night

Dawn–2:30 PM – Fishing Contest
7:00–9:00 AM – Coffee
8:00–10:00 AM – Breakfast
9:00 AM–Noon – Vendor Booths
11:00 AM–2:00 PM – Horseshoes
11:00 AM–3:00 PM – Coke Wagon & Lunch Meals
12:00–2:00 PM – Kids Games + Bingo
3:00 PM – Main Raffle! (Tickets sold at Lake East until the raffle begins)
Dinner Times – 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM, 7:30 PM
9:00 PM – Dance + Coke Wagon
Caretaker Hours
Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Guest Sign-In & Fees
Guest fees will not be collected from Friday at 5:00 PM through Saturday.
Fees will resume Sunday morning.
In order for the caretakers to check guests in, all guests must be added under the member’s last name in the A–Z book.
Dog Rules Reminder
Dogs must be controlled at all times and not roam freely around the Ranch.
When moving around the Ranch, dogs must be on a leash, unless at the designated dog beach.
Dogs are not allowed in areas where public events or crowds are present.
The dog beach is located on the north side of Lake East – dogs may run and play there if they are non-aggressive.
Dogs are not allowed on the south beach of Lake East.
ATV Safety Reminder
Please remind all guests to follow proper ATV etiquette and observe posted speed limits. Be mindful of other riders, pedestrians, and children throughout the Ranch.
