SOURDOUGH DAYS 2024
Friday August 9th & Saturday the 10th
August 11th will be a volunteer day for putting away tables with special prizes given! 
 
2024 SOURDOUGH DAYS SCHEDULE
 Friday August 9th
  • ATV Parade (Western Theme) 7-8 p.m.- parade route is TBD & the map will be posted on the website. Meet at Bowery at 6:45 to line up.  Decorate your rig, bring candy to throw to spectators! Prizes given for most creative! 
  • Movie Night 9:00 p.m.start- Please bring blankets or chairs and come enjoy some family time. Will be announced soon!
  •   Coke Wagon open 8-10 p.m. will have snacks & drinks for purchase.
 
Saturday August 10th
 
  •  Coffee/Breakfast 8-10 a.m. Must pre register for breakfast click here
Check in @ table to receive a plate. *Pre registering & payment is your meal ticket! Breakfast is $7 & Meal tickets will not be sold at the event. 
Cut off for meals is 8/7 before 4 p.m. & tickets are non refundable! 
  • Vendor Booths 9 a.m.-12 p.m.- Call Doug Ford 801-791-7967 to sign up for a space before 8/7/2024. *Don’t forget cash. 
  • Fishing Contest Dawn -2:30 p.m. Check in station at Bowery for measurements
  • Kids Games 12 p.m. -2 p.m. Free
  • Cornhole/Horseshoes 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Bowery @ 10:45 to sign up to play. 
  • Bingo 12 - 1:30/2 p.m. or when prizes are gone. Bingo boards are $.50 each*Bring quarters
  • Coke Wagon  11 a.m.-3 p.m. treats, drinks & lunch meals (includes drink & chips): Burger meal $7- Hot dog meal $6 or just plain burger $5 or just plain hot dog $4.
  • To purchase raffle tickets, you can pay online now here: select other (No $ sign)  In memo line please put the name & amount-i.e. John Doe- 20/$1 tickets & 5/$3 tickets. Raffle tickets can be purchased online, the cabin on weekends, at Sourdough days of events or from a board member on duty.  *Pre-purchased raffle tickets will be available to pick up on sourdough days at the raffle table (Sat from 11-2:30) Save time filling them out, print labels or bring a stamp with your name on it. *$1 General raffle will be present to win this year. 
  • Raffle  3 p.m. - Tickets are $1.00 each for general raffle & bucket raffle tickets are $3 each for larger items & dues. Ticket booth will open around 11 near the bowery (not at the meal check in)
  • Dinner 5:30, 6:30 & 7:30 sessions- Must pre register here - Check in @ table to receive a plate.  Cut off date for meals is 8/7 before 4 p.m. Meal Choices: Ribs/Chicken or Salmon/ChickenAdults (12 & older) $10 & Child Plate $8  (11 & younger)*Meal tickets are NON REFUNDABLE & must be prepaid before event. 
  • Dance  9-11 p.m. At the Bowery! The Coke wagon will also be open during the dance for snacks.
  • Gate will be closed at midnight!
Sunday August 11th
 
  • Clean up 8-10 a.m.  Please help if you can!
NO DOGS ALLOWED AT ANY EVENTS!

Cabin help & Ranch prep are always appreciated! Please contact the office to volunteer your time!

Hey folks,
We need your help to make Sourdough Days a success! Please review the list below and show up at the designated time to check in with your point of contact.
 
IMPORTANT: We still need volunteers to run the horseshoe and cornhole tournaments. Contact Dutch at 801-668-3606.
 
Coffee Servers:
When: 8 AM, Saturday the 10th
Where: Playground area near the bowery

Role: Helping make and serve coffee during breakfast.
 
Kids Games:
When: Noon, Saturday the 10th
Where: Playground area near the bowery
